SMC’s founder was Harvey Childress. Harvey was a man of expansive vision and untiring drive for the Lord.
Among his contributions to the kingdom are York College (which he helped found), dozens of churches in the upper Midwest, and a wealth of knowledge to help small mission churches advance and grow (most of which are in the SMC video library.
He was also a prolific writer. He had a half of dozen books to his credit (many available through SMC) and a body of essays called Happiness Unlimited.
